Refund

At Plymate, we are committed to providing superior quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are ready to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return procedure

To return an item, please follow the following steps:

  2. Pack your item carefully in the original packaging and ensure it is well protected to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Send your item to the address provided by our customer service.

  4. Once we receive your item, we will perform an examination to ensure it is in perfect condition. If everything is in order, we will send you an email to let you know that your refund or exchange has been processed.

Return fees

Shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility. However, if you received a defective, damaged item or the return request is less than 14 days, we will bear the shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will perform an examination to ensure it is in perfect condition. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your item. The refund will be made via the payment method you used to make your purchase.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for another item of equal value.
